We have been collaborating with the owners of Vermont-based mio for six or seven years. During that time, we worked on their branding, menu designs, print and online advertising, photography, and website.

These are some photographs taken during their evening food prep—before a busy service. Since they opened their doors, they have prided themselves on using the freshest organic and local ingredients, including Vermont cheeses, poultry, beef, fish, and produce.
