Various clients

We have created local, national, and international advertising campaigns and direct mail pieces. No matter the size of the company, the campaigns reinforce and enhance their brands.

Here are some of our favorite ads and direct mail pieces, created for a variety of markets, including consumer, financial, healthcare, design, and technology.

Scope: Design, Art Direction, Creative Direction, Copywriting, Photography, Color Correcting, High-Resolution Retouching, and Production

Heather Wells Interiors

Nationally known interior design Heather Wells asked us to create a compelling visual ad. The “Relax” sign was photographed at Heather’s lake house in New Hampshire. The campaign ran in five regional magazines, including N Magazine and New England Home.

Safety Fund National Bank

For these full-page magazine ads, we used Native American trail signs as metaphors for finding one’s way through the often confusing field of investments banking. The approach was unusual and immediately positioned the bank as different and highly skilled in their industry. The attention-getting campaign ran in a national magazine, and SFB was standing out from their peers in no time.

Platinum Audio

We created a national campaign for a boutique speaker company, Platinum Audio. The ads showcased speakers created by former Boston Acoustics speaker designer, Phil Jones. His line of beautiful speakers received local, national, and international praise for their outstanding design and sound.

AGFA

This highly effective direct mail piece received more responses than any mailer ever sent out by Agfa Corporation at that time. The pieces were targeted nationally to the gatekeeper of large companies, the secretary. The oversized mailer was designed using Maira Kalman’s illustrations to make it attention-getting, fun, and memorable. We hoped that the piece would be very effective, and, with a response rate of 38%, it was.

American Science and Engineering

AS&E wanted a compelling ad to viscerally convey the ability of their advanced X-ray detection technologies to detect threats and meet the critical needs of their customers. This attention-getting double-page ad ran in several security magazines. The copy was an evocative story that described the challenge of scanning for threats at a security checkpoint.

While Plains Hospital

Over the years, we created several unique campaigns for White Plains Hospital. The ads ran in and around the Westchester County area as newspaper ads, and on posters and banners in subways, airports, and bus stops.
